Transit Tracker - MTA offers access to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's transportation monitoring service, MTA Bus Time, allowing users to effectively track vehicles.

Additionally, Transit Tracker - MTA enables the download of route schedules for user convenience.

Tracking

To track vehicles, you can input one or more route numbers separated by spaces or commas to view all vehicles on those routes. Alternatively, providing a stop number reveals all buses serving that specific stop. Individual vehicle numbers can also be entered (usually found printed on the side of MTA buses).

Route Schedules

• Request route schedules for any MTA route by inputting its number. Schedules are available in origin/destination tables or on a map view.
• In a map view, you can tap on a stop to check the scheduled arrival time of the next bus/train. By tapping on the information window that pops up, you can see all scheduled times for that stop.
